Romantik Hotel Zum Stern, Bad Hersfeld

Chef Benedikt Faust and his team have a very ambitious program especially on New Year's Eve. They are offering a menu at the gourmet restaurant "L'étable", another one at the ball and a buffet at "Stern's Restaurant". Guests will enjoy for example "Tomato soup variations with scallop", "smoked pigeon and duck breast with plum chutney" or "White chocolate crème brûlée with vanilla sponge, citrus salad and toffee ice cream".

 

Romantik Hotel Stryckhaus, Willingen

On Christmas as well as on New Year's Eve the guests are offered menues at the Romantik Hotel Stryckhaus. They will be served for example "Pie filled with seafood", "Grilled butterflyfish with lemon-thyme-dressing and ratatouille" or "Vanilla saffron ice cream on blood orange dressing".

 

Romantik Hotel Jagdhaus Waldidyll, Hartenstein

A regional, very traditional menu is served on Christmas at the Romantik Hotel Jagdhaus Waldidyll. Here the guests will enjoy for example "Creamy beetroot soup with balsamico", "Home-made deer sausages on creamy sauerkraut with pear chutney" or "Strudel with apples, raisins and vanilla ice cream on a roast apple calvados dressing".
